Continuity Management Guidelines for public sector agencies: Once an agency accepts that some form of continuity managment policy is needed, the next critical question is: what level of management does the agency require? These Guidelines will assist agencies in answering this question. The Guidelines avocate a risk management approach which can be adapted to address the individual circumstances and environment of agencies at all levels of government across Australia.
Although these guidelines focus on the needs of public sector agencies, they will also be of use to business and other organisations for their own continuity management programs.
