Strong and Secure: A Strategy for Australia’s National Security was launched in January 2013 and provides the overarching framework to guide Australia’s national security efforts over the next five years. It is available on the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet website.
The Australian Government’s Critical Infrastructure Resilience Strategy, launched in June 2010, outlines the Australian Government's approach to critical infrastructure resilience.
The National Counter-Terrorism Plan is maintained by the Australia-New Zealand Counter-Terrorism Committee. It outlines the responsibilities, authorities and the mechanisms to prevent acts of terrorism within Australia and to manage the consequences if they do occur.
