  Details
This second round of floods was caused by a rain depression on the coast. Rain and flooding problems continued for the whol month of April in all the coastal regions of NSW and southern Qld (a man swept from his car in a flooded creek at Mudgeeraba died on 26/4), with Lismore and Murwillumbah in NSW and Gympie in Qld reporting their second floods in a month on 26/4. Once again, caravan parks were evacuated, and 2 people drowned after being swept away in flooded creeks.
There was also secondary flooding in the Riverina district of NSW.
