Senate Order Contracts

Financial Year 2010-11 Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts Listing Relating to the Period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011

Pursuant to the Senate Order on Departmental and Agency contracts the attached files show contracts entered into by the Attorney-General's Department which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which:

  • have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2011; or
  • have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2011.

The Attorney-General's Department has estimated the cost of complying with the Senate Order at $3,750. This is determined by calculating the time taken to collect, analyse and compile the information and applying salary costs and on-costs. Costs to coordinate the Attorney-General's tabling in the Senate of the Portfolio's compliance with the Senate Order are included.
