Who is eligible to attend AEMI programs?
Australian Emergency Management Institute (AEMI) scheduled programs are aimed at building emergency management capacity/capability in Australian States and Territories. When programs are not fully subscribed by States and Territories, applications from Australian Government and other sectors with a role in emergency management, will be considered.
How can I nominate to do a program at AEMI?
People interested in attending programs at AEMI at Mount Macedon need to complete a nomination form and send it to their State or Territory nominating authority. The authority will forward the form to AEMI. Australian Government and other sector employees need to send their nomination form directly to AEMI.
Nominees will be advised of the acceptance of their nomination approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of the activity. Joining instructions and any pre-course reading/assignments will be sent at this time.
